1. WA School Equity (RCW 28A.210.420)

Under Washington RCW 28A.210.420, every public school (Grades 3–12) and college must provide free menstrual hygiene products. We equip Title I school nurses and campus restrooms with 500-unit GOTS organic crates and Student Dignity Kits.

Every kit is tracked through our Community Impact Registry and formulated with zero chlorine bleach, zero PFAS, and zero endocrine disruptors.

We partner with domestic violence shelters, warming centers, and mobile street medicine teams across Seattle and Tacoma to replace rationed plastic bags with waterproof Sanctuary Pouches and self-serve restroom dispensaries.

3. Corporate CSR & IRC § 170(e)(3) Partnerships

Through Internal Revenue Code § 170(e)(3), C-Corporations donating clean menstrual inventory to Love Her Period Foundation qualify for an enhanced tax deduction of up to 2x Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) while funding local Washington relief.

Vaginal mucosal tissue absorbs chemicals directly into the bloodstream. We refuse to distribute toxic charity leftovers—championing 100% GOTS organic cotton and 10-year medical-grade reusable care.
